The Vancouver Canucks face a must win type game on the road on Tuesday night as they look to even the series with the Calgary Flames and after dropping game three at the Saddledome they could be in big trouble if they go down 3-1. Vancouver hasn't had the most impressive season yet they somehow found ways to win hockey games and while I don't see them as much of a threat beyond the first round they should be able to use their playoff experience to their advantage and get into a position where they have a shot at advancing to the second round. Eddie lack continues to shine in the Vancouver goal and he will likely be called upon for the duration of Vancouver’s playoff series and he will have to be sharp here as he matches up against Jonas Hiller who has also looked good 200 feet down the rink.
The Flames have a great opportunity to ride the momentum from their game three win into another big time effort in game four and put the Canucks on the ropes in their first round playoff series. Calgary has ridden the underdog card all season long until they finally qualified for the postseason and now they are turning the tables as they continue to find ways to win but they know the Canucks are going to throw everything at them in this one and they'll need their best game of the series. Calgary has a ton of youth and while that will be great for the future I am still a bit concerned with how they will react in pressure situations and while this Canucks team is overrated I do think they use their playoff experience here and get a much needed road win.
