Evgeny Kuznetsov, C, Washington Capitals: The Caps didn’t have a whole lot of trouble with the Islanders last night, and they got some nice offensive outputs from several sources in their 5-1 win.
Kuznetsov logged two goals and an assist, and Karl Alzner managed a goal and a helper of his own.
The Caps lead 3-2 and can clinch tomorrow.

Filip Forsberg, C, Nashville Predators: The Predators got a bit of leverage against the Blackhawks last night, thanks to a hat trick by Forsberg. James Neal also helped out with a goal and an assist in the 5-2 win.
Chicago still has a 3-2 lead in this one, and hosts Game 6 tomorrow.

Ryan Miller, Vancouver Canucks: Calgary goalie Jonas Hiller may have had more saves than Miller, but the Canucks got the win last night. Miller put up 20 saves on 21 shots in Vancouver’s 2-1 win at home last night, while Daniel Sedin posted the game-winner.
Calgary holds the edge here 3-2, with Game 6 coming tomorrow.
