The Blackhawks look to add to their win total with a road victory in Philadelphia on Wednesday while the Flyers look to move above the .500 mark with a win of their own.
Chicago looks for their third win in a row after dropping their season opener to the Rangers as they head into the Wells Fargo Center to take on a Flyers team who has looked average through their first three contests. The Hawks bring back most of their core from a season ago and once again remain a serious contender to win the Stanley Cup and so far the Patrick Kane saga in the offseason hasn't served as a distraction to he or the team which is a huge positive moving forward. The Hawks will go with Corey Crawford in this one as he will go up against Steve Mason who will be back between the pipes after giving way to Michal Neuvirth in the team's last game.

The Flyers are a tough team to sort out as they have a very explosive top line and some great complementary pieces down the depth chart but on the whole they don't seem to be a team that will pose a threat to the top dogs in the Metro and Eastern Conference. Philly is always a tough place to play in but teams like Chicago win Cups because they can go into tough buildings and leave with statement victories and that looks like the situation here. Crawford gives the Hawks the goaltending edge and top to bottom it is Chicago that is the better of the two teams.
