The slumping New York Rangers snapped a three game skid with a 3-2, overtime win versus the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday at MSG. The Rangers hadn’t been playing well for weeks and won for just the second time in eight games. Mats Zuccarello lit the lamp on the power play to win it while Derick Brassard scored twice with both players posting assists. A struggling Henrik Lundqvist recorded 17 saves to pick up the win. Corey Perry scored in the first for Anaheim with Rickard Rakell adding a goal and an assist. John Gibson totaled 22 stops as the Ducks fell to 12-15-6 with back to back defeats.
