Cam Ward, G, Carolina Hurricanes: The ‘Canes jumped out to a 4-0 lead over the Jets last night after the first period at MTS Centre, and they needed just about every bit of it.

Dustin Byfuglien also put up a pair of helpers on the other side.
The win brings Carolina to 24-21-8, while the Jets fall to 22-26-3 on the season.
