The Boston Bruins look for a big road win as they take on the Minnesota Wild in an exciting show down on Thursday night.
The Bruins look to stay red hot as they head into Minnesota to take on the Wild as they look for their sixth road game in their last seven tries and with Tuukka Rask in goal they have to feel confident as he has been absolutely excellent to start the season. The B’s are 5-0 in their last five Thursday games and have had recent success against the Central division but take on a Minnesota group that is usually very strong at home and have their own goaltender in Devan Dubnyk who is putting up ridiculous numbers despite not having the wins to back it up.

The Wild meanwhile have had a bit of a slow start to the season but have plenty of time to turn it around as they have the personnel to go on a playoff run despite playing in the very competitive Central division. Minnesota is led up top by Zach Parise and Ryan Suter on the blue line but this group has been knocking on the door for years and haven’t been able to break through and if they can’t do it this season there could be some changes upcoming as they have underachieved for their starving fans.
The Bruins are 5-2 in their last seven against the Central and 4-1 in their last five overall while the Wild are 4-1 in their last five against the Atlantic and 1-4 in their last five after allowing two goals or less in their previous outing. This one has all the makings of a low scoring affair as both goalies have been ridiculous and that should continue here.
