Columbus is 1-5 in their last 6 games as a road underdog and 3-7 in their last 10 road games while the over is 3-1-1 in their last 5 Saturday games. Nashville is 6-1 in their last 7 games as a home favorite and 6-2 in their last 8 games against a team with a winning percentage below .400 while the over is 4-0 in their last 4 Saturday games. Columbus is 5-27 in the last 32 meetings between these two teams in Nashville.
Well this game features two teams that are a lot better on home ice than they are on the road, but that’s only going to benefit one team here and that’s obviously Nashville. Columbus plays a tough style of hockey, and while it can translate on the road, the Predators look like they just hit a different gear on the road. I think we could have a sizeable win out here for Nashville, so I’ll lay the cheap price with the Predators in this spot.
