Detroit is 22-67 in their last 89 games overall and 7-44 in their last 51 road games while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games overall. Tampa Bay is 4-1 in their last 5 games on no rest and 37-15 in their last 52 games as a home favorite while the under is 4-1-1 in their last 6 home games.
I get that Detroit just lost to Tampa Bay and that the Lightning are the better team, but I’m still not laying this much juice with the Lightning when they’ve already lost to Detroit and most likely have Curtis McElhinney in net for this one. Detroit gave the Bolts a run on Saturday and I think they could do it again here so give me Detroit +1.5 in this one.
