Tampa Bay is 38-14 in their last 52 home games and 73-31 in their last 104 games overall while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 games as a home favorite. Florida is 3-12 in the last 15 meetings between these two teams and 7-19 in the last 26 meetings between these two teams in Tampa Bay.
I get why you could give Florida a look here, as the Panthers have been really good offensively for much of the season. However, Tampa Bay is simply the better team side-by-side, and when the rubber hits the road, the Lightning usually take care of business against the better teams on their schedule. I think we’re getting another really good price on the Lightning here, so I’ll back Tampa Bay on the ML here.
