The New York Rangers will try to add to a 4-1 win over the Islanders in their last game. Artemi Panarin and Adam Fox lead the Rangers with 19 points apiece, both posting a team-high 19 assists with Fox logging a team-best +6 plus/minus rating this season. Boston is 17-5 in their last 22 home games and 5-2 in their last 7 games against the Metropolitan division while the under is 35-16-2 in their last 53 games against the Eastern Conference. New York is 1-4 in their last 5 road games and 4-10 in their last 14 games as an underdog while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 Friday games.

These are two teams that have had their ups and downs as long as I’ve been keeping a respective eye on them, but one thing is for sure, that both are more than capable of playing tough, physical hockey and are solid on the defensive end. Two original six teams here and I’m envisioning some rough hockey and lots of physical action. Give me the under in a 3-2 game at best for either side.
