The Buffalo Sabres will be out to build on their 3-1 road win over Ottawa last time out. Tage Thompson leads Buffalo with 24 points with 12 goals and Rasmus Dahlin has 23 points and Kyle Okposo has 23 points with Dahlin logging 6 goals and 17 assists while Okposo has 7 goals and 16 assists. Jeff Skinner has 24 points of his own split between a team-high 14 goals and 10 assists while Victor Olofsson has 20 points split between 5 goals and 15 helpers.. Dustin Tokarski’s gone 4-5-3 with a 3.28 GAA and a .903 save percentage in goal for Buffalo while Ukko-Pekka Luokkonen is 2-5-2 with a 2.74 GAA and a .917 save percentage and Aaron Dell is 1-6-1 with a 3.75 GAA and an .892 save percentage.

Dallas is 1-5 in their last 6 games as a road favorite and 7-20 in their last 27 road games while the over is 4-1 in their last 5 games against the Atlantic division. Buffalo is 16-35 in their last 51 home games and 21-58 in their last 79 games overall while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games overall.

I get why you’d side with either team here as Dallas is the better team but they’ve struggled on the road and the one place Buffalo’s been able to win in the past was at home. However, that’s not the case anymore and this is a steep price for a Dallas team that’s stumbled a bit recently. Instead, I’m going to side with the under as I’m expecting a lower-scoring game here that’ll be lucky to get to 5 goals.
