Juuse Saros has gone 11-9-5 with a 2.81 GAA and a .914 save percentage between the pipes for Nashville while Kevin Lankinen is 3-4 with a 2.64 GAA and a .925 save percentage.
Dallas is 2-5 in their last 7 division games and 27-10 in their last 37 games against a team with a losing record while the under is 6-1 in their last 7 road games. Nashville is 2-7 in their last 9 games overall and 1-5 in their last 6 games against a team with a winning record while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 division games.
I get the reasoning for backing either one of these sides here and the Preds actually started to show a pulse in their last couple of games before the Christmas break. However, the Stars are simply the better team here by a fair margin and they’ve been the team that’s far, far easier to trust at the end of the day. All in all, I just think we’re getting the better team at the more reasonable price, so give me Dallas in this one.
