Philadelphia is 11-40 in their last 51 road games and 12-40 in their last 52 games against a team with a winning record while the under is 6-1 in their last 7 games against a team with a winning record. Carolina is 10-1 in their last 11 games overall and 37-16 in their last 53 games played on no rest while the under is 5-0 in their last 5 division games.

I get the case to be made for either side in this game, but I’m siding with the Hurricanes in this one. This is a hefty price, but the Hurricanes are the better team and have had the bulk of the recent success between these two, winning 4 straight in the head-to-head matchup. The Flyers are not a team I’m looking to back in any way, shape or form here. Give me the Hurricanes -1.5 here.
