Philadelphia is 35-17 in their last 52 games against the Eastern Conference and 8-17 in their last 25 games against a team with a winning record while the under is 6-0 in their last 6 games overall. Carolina is 10-1 in their last 11 games overall and 28-11 in their last 39 home games while the over is 6-1 in their last 7 Friday games.
I get the case that could be made for the Flyers, but I’m not looking to step in front of the Hurricanes right now. Carolina’s just on a mission and while the Flyers are a decent team, they’re missing the talent to get them over the edge against a team like Carolina in my opinion. Give me Carolina -1.5 here as I think the Canes take this one by a count of 4-1 or something in that area code.
