Karel Vejmelka’s made the bulk of the starts in goal for Arizona, going 0-8-1 with a 3.20 GAA and a .902 save percentage this season.
The Chicago Blackhawks will look to build on back-to-back wins after a 3-2 win over Pittsburgh in their last game. Patrick Kane leads the Blackhawks with 13 points including 5 goals and 8 assists while Seth Jones has a team-high 11 assists and Alex DeBrincat has 9 points with a team-high 7 goals and 3 power play goals. Jonathan Toews also has 8 assists for Chicago this season. Marc-Andre Fleury has seen the majority of the action between the pipes for the Blackhawks, going 2-7 with a 3.81 GAA and an .892 save percentage this season.
Arizona is 7-15 in their last 22 Friday games and 15-37 in their last 52 games as an underdog while the under is 9-1 in their last 10 games following a loss of 3 or more goals. Chicago is 4-10 in their last 14 home games and 0-4 in their last 4 Friday games while the under is 3-0-2 in their last 5 games against the Western Conference.
Is it possible for both teams to lose? Or maybe if we have to watch this then we’re losing three hours from our life. Anyways, this is a horrendous price on the Blackhawks, but the Coyotes have shown us nothing to suggest they can hang in this game. Chicago’s got a terrible record, but the talent on the team is all there, it’s just been no puck luck. If forced to pick this game, I’d side with Chicago -1.5 to get the price down but otherwise steer clear of this “gem.”
