Joseph Woll has posted a 5-4 record with a 2.91 GAA and a .908 save percentage while Ilya Samsonov is 4-1-2 with a 3.56 GAA and an .878 save percentage between the pipes for Toronto this season.
Wild Lose 4th Straight
The Minnesota Wild come into this one looking to rebound from a 2-1 shootout loss in their last matchup to the Ottawa Senators for their 4th straight L. Mats Zuccarello has a team-high 17 points including a team-high 13 assists while Joel Eriksson Ek also has 14 points with a team-high 8 goals and 6 assists. Kirill Kaprizov’s added 15 points of his own with 10 assists and Ryan Hartman’s added 11 points with 7 goals this season. Filip Gustavsson has posted a 2-4-1 record with a 4.64 GAA and an .872 save percentage while Marc-Andre Fleury is 3-3-1 with a 2.75 GAA and an .898 save percentage this season.

I’m taking Toronto here. I just trust their goaltending more in a spot like this and the Wild just don’t look like the consistent Wild team we’ve seen in years past as the Wild just look lost. The goaltending rarely shows up, and when it does like it did last time out, the Wild get held to one goal. Toronto’s got more firepower in this matchup in my opinion and they’re just flat out playing the better hockey. Give me the Leafs here.
