The Nashville Predators will be looking to build on their 4-3 win over St. Louis from their last matchup. Mikael Granlund leads the Preds with 15 points including a team-high 13 assists while Matt Duchene has 14 points with a team-high 8 goals and 6 assists. Roman Josi’s got 12 points with 4 goals, 8 assists and a team-high +7 plus/minus rating as well on the year. Juuse Saros has seen the majority of the action in goal for the Predators this season, posting a record of 6-4-1 with a 2.28 GAA and a .925 save percentage this season.
Arizona is 6-24 in their last 30 games overall and 15-40 in their last 55 road games while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games as a road underdog. Nashville is 7-2 in their last 9 games overall and 12-5 in their last 17 home games while the under is 4-0 in their last 4 games as a favorite.
Well it’s going to be the same old broken record with Arizona. This team is on auto-fade for the foreseeable future and probably for the rest of the season and that’s saying something only a few weeks into the campaign. I’m not a Nashville guy by any means, but there’s no denying that the Predators are the better team and at home, with Arizona on a back-to-back to make matters worse, I have to go with Nashville -1.5 here.
