The Ottawa Redblacks and Montreal Alouettes meet Friday in CFL action at Molson Stadium.

The Ottawa Redblacks could use a win here to snap a four-game losing streak. The Ottawa Redblacks have split their last two road games. Dominique Davis is completing 66 percent of his passes for 1,132 yards, three touchdowns and seven interceptions. Davis has six touchdown passes and eight interceptions in his last 195 pass attempts. RJ Harris and Dominique Rhymes have combined for 602 receiving yards and two touchdowns while Brad Sinopoli has 26 receptions. The Ottawa Redblacks ground game is averaging 95.2 yards per contest, and John Crockett leads the way with 234 yards and on 41 carries. Defensively, Ottawa is allowing 30.3 points and 442.5 yards per game. Avery Williams leads the Ottawa Redblacks with 39 tackles, Avery Ellis has three sacks and Jonathan Rose has one interception.

The Montreal Alouettes look for another win to build on their three-game winning streak. The Montreal Alouettes have won both of their home games this season. Vernon Adams is completing 65.8 percent of his passes for 1,027 yards, five touchdowns and two interceptions. Adams and Matt Shiltz have combined for 1,091 passing yards and five touchdowns this season. B.J. Cunningham and Quan Bray have combined for 545 receiving yards and two touchdowns while Geno Lewis has 13 receptions. The Montreal Alouettes ground game is averaging 161 yards per contest, and William Stanback leads the way with 504 yards and four touchdowns. Defensively, Montreal is allowing 26.2 points and 462.8 yards per game. Patrick Levels leads the Montreal Alouettes with 36 tackles, Bo Banner has one sack and Greg Reid has three interceptions.

The RedBlacks are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 Friday games, 26-11 ATS in their last 37 road games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Alouettes are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 home games, 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games in August and 13-3 ATS in their last 16 games overall. The RedBlacks are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 meetings in Montreal and 10-4 ATS in their last 14 meetings. The over is 5-2 in Alouettes last 7 games overall. The under is 4-1 in RedBlacks last 5 road games.

The Montreal Alouettes just beat the hell out of the Redblacks a couple of weeks ago, and they're riding a three-game winning streak where they're winning by an average of 11.3 points. The Ottawa Redblacks just can't get out of their own way where both sides of the ball are struggling, and they're losing on the road by an average of 13 points. The Redblacks have a history of covering numbers on the road, but I don't recognize this team in their current form. I'll eat the chalk with the Alouettes.
