Colorado Buffaloes (2-1) at Air Force Falcons (2-3)
|Date & Time||Saturday November 24, 2018, 6:00 PM (EST)|
The Line: Air Force Falcons +6.5 -- Over/Under: 137.5
The Colorado Buffaloes and the Air Force Falcons will be meeting up in college basketball action on Saturday from Clune Arena.
Colorado enters this one with a 2-1 mark on the season so far. The Buffaloes took out Drake 100-71 in their opener, then powered by Omaha 79-75 in game two.
On Tuesday versus San Diego, Colorado fell for the first time this year 70-64. Topping the scorers for the Buffaloes in that one was Evan Battey with 18 points, four rebounds and one assist, while McKinley Wright was the only other Colorado player in double-figures with 14 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
Over on the Air Force side, they’re 2-3 this season. The Falcons beat John & Wales (CO) in their opener, then fell to Texas State and UMBC before eking one out versus South Dakota.
In Monday’s game versus High Point, Air Force fell again 69-62. Leading the scoring for the Falcons in that game was AJ Walker’s 13 points, and Christopher Joyce added 12 points with four rebounds and four assists.
The Buffaloes are 18-41-1 ATS in their last 60 road games and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 overall. Colorado is 2-6-2 ATS in their last 10 versus Mountain West and 0-4 ATS in their last four Saturday games.
Meanwhile, the Falcons are 2-0-2 ATS in their last four versus the PAC-12 and 8-2 ATS in their last 10 Saturday games. Air Force is 8-2 ATS in their last 10 home games and 1-4 ATS in their last five non-conference games.
Colorado has some solid all-around players on their roster this year, but they just came out flat against a pretty decent San Diego team and couldn’t close the gap.
Air Force has had some nice performances here and there so far, but don’t seem to have the scoring power to keep pace with a lot of squads.
I’m going to stick pretty firmly on the Buffaloes here.
