The Miami (OH) Redhawks visit the Akron Zips in in Saturday college basketball.

The Miami (OH) Redhawks are looking for consecutive wins after downing visiting Ball State 69-66 as a two point home dog on Tuesday.

Miami (OH) has been able to compete with anybody but have lost numerous close games and which has taken the team from contention in the MAC.

Nike Sibande was the top threat for the Redhawks with 17 points while Bam Bowman netted 12 points and grabbed eight rebounds.

Precious Ayah gave Miami (OH) eleven points and 13 rebounds Jalen Adaway and Abdoulaye chipped in with seven points each.

The Akron Zips are in desperate need of a win after a 73-69 defeat at Bowling Green Tuesday as a five point underdog.
