Tuesday college basketball features the Bradley Braves taking the floor at the Arkansas Little Rock Trojans.
The Bradley Braves look to bounce back from an 85-75 defeat at the hands of New Mexico as a seven point favorite on Saturday. Bradley fell behind by nine at the intermission and weren’t able to cut in to the deficit with the Lobos sinking five more long balls.
Darrell Brown was the Braves top weapon with 20 points, four assists and two steals on 7-15 accuracy followed by Nate Kennell with 16 points on 5-9 from the field. Elijah Childs gave Bradley 13 points and nine rebounds on 4-8 shooting while Koch Bar added eight points and 12 rebounds on 4-8 accuracy.
The Arkansas Little Rock Trojans picked up a 79-52 rout of Sam Houston State on Saturday to avoid a three game skid. Arkansas Little Rock opened up a 13 point lead heading to the locker room and were never challenged with a sizeable 47.9%-34.5% shooting edge and a 23-9 advantage at the charity stripe.
Rayion Tucker starred for the Trojans leading all scorers with 33 points and eight rebounds on 8-12 marksmanship and 13-15 at the line. Ryan Pippins gave UALR 20 points and five pulls on 6-12 including five long balls followed by Jaizac Lottie and Kris Bankston with a combined 20 points.
Bradley are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games overall and Bradley are 28-57-1 ATS in their last 86 road games. UALR are 2-6-1 ATS in their last 9 home games and UALR are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 Tuesday games.
I’ve watched Bradley closely and I think this is a game they need to win or they will be hurting against MVC competition…
