PJ Washington is averaging 14.8 points and 7.4 rebounds while Tyler Herro is averaging 14.2 points and 4.5 rebounds. The Tigers are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 neutral site games, 5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs. Southeastern and 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games overall. The Wildcats are 35-16-4 ATS in their last 55 neutral site games, 6-1-2 ATS in their last 9 NCAA Tournament games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The under is 12-3 in the last 15 meetings. The under is 19-7 in Wildcats last 26 overall. The over is 4-0 in Tigers last 4 overall.
The Kentucky Wildcats are a completely different team with PJ Washington on the floor, and they smoked Auburn about a month ago, winning by 27 points as an eight-point favorite. There also has to be some concern with the loss of Chuma Okeke, who was the best player Friday night in the win over UNC, and he's Auburn's third leading scorer. With that said, the Auburn Tigers are shooting the ball well enough to where it's impossible to turn down free points. In its last five games, Auburn is shooting 47.7 percent from the field, 41.9 percent from three and winning by an average of 11 points. Yes, Kentucky has done a great job of limiting the three ball and is allowing just 37.2 percent shooting overall in its last five games. There's still a certain level of confidence with Auburn right now and that's hard to break with an explosive offensive bunch. I have to take the points.
