The Auburn Tigers battle the Virginia Cavaliers in a Final 4 matchup in Saturday college basketball.

The Auburn Tigers secured a Final Four berth with a 77-71 overtime victory against the Kentucky Wildcats as a 4.5 point underdog.

The Tigers were outshot 44.3%-40% and were 18-24 at the charity stripe where Kentucky went 12-21 which cost the Wildcats a win.

Jared Harper topped Auburn with 26 points, three yanks, four assists and two blocks followed by Bryce Brown who netted another 24 points.

The Tigers received eight points, three pulls and five helpers from Anfernee Hardaway while Austin Wiley chipped in with another seven points.

The Virginia Cavaliers overcame a 42 point explosion by Carsen Edwards to upend the Purdue Boilermakers 80-75 in overtime in an Elite 8 battle.

Mamadi Diakite gave Virginia 14 points,  seven pulls and four blocks followed by De’Andre Hunter who contributed ten points and five boards.

Auburn Tigers are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games following a straight up win and  are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall and are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 neutral site games andare 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games following a ATS win.

The Cavaliers really haven’t shown that killer instinct we have seen from this team throughout the year even though that might not sound right given their Final 4 berth. Auburn is without Okeke but I think their offense will stay hot and I’ll take the points…
