Thursday college basketball pits the Cal State Northridge Matadors against the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.

The UC Santa Barbara Gauchos look to bounce back from a 69-64 defeat to the Long Beach State 49ers as an eight point favorite.

Max Heidegger kept the Gauchos in the game with 17 points and four helpers with Amadou Sow netting 13 points and hauling in 15 rebounds.

Devearl Ramsey gave UCSB 12 points, five pulls and three assists while Ar’Mond Davis chipped in with eight points and three pulls.

The Cal State Northridge Matadors have won three in a row after an 84-73 victory against Hawaii as a 7.5 point road underdog.

Terrell Gomez starred for the Matadors with 32 points and four pulls followed by Lamine Diane with 25 points and seven rebounds.

Cal State Northridge received eleven points, four boards and three assists from Darius Brown II followed by Ron Artest II with nine points and six boards.
