The Canisius Golden Griffins host the Brown Bears in non-conference college basketball on Tuesday.

The Brown Bears are gunning four a 5thstraight victory after upending visiting Maine 75-67 as a 15 point favorite. Brown took control early with a 14 point lead at the intermission and held off a late Black Bears rally behind 46% shooting and 19-20 at the line.

Desmond Cambridge was the Bears top option with 19 points followed by Tameneng Choh with an eleven point performance.

Zach Hunsaker and Joshua Howard gave Brown ten points apiece and a combined nine rebounds while Brandon Anderson contributing eight points.

The Canisius Golden Griffins have won back to back games following a 70-66 victory at Siena on Saturday. Canisius rallied from a ten point first half deficit behind a 45.5%-38.1% shooting edge and 12 more makes at the stripe.

Takai Molson was the star for the Golden Griffins with 23 points and eight rebounds while Isaiah Reese added 20 points, eight rebounds and five steals.

Canisius received eleven points and four pulls from Scott Hitchon followed by Jalanni White with eight points and eight boards.
