The North Carolina-Wilmington Seahawks visit the Charleston Cougars in CAA college basketball.

The North Carolina-Wilmington Seahawks have lost two straight after a 71-63 loss at William & Mary as a 6.5 point underdog.

UNC Wilmington has been in a season long slump and have losses in eight of ten which has the team staring up from the CAA basement.

Kai Toews was the Seahawks top threat with 17 points and seven helpers followed by Ty Gadsen with 12 points and three yanks.

UNCW received eleven points and nine rebounds from Devontae Cacok while Jaylen Sims and Jay Estime netted ten and seven points.

The Charleston Cougars come in off of an  84-74  victory  against the Elon Phoenix as a nine point road favorite a week ago.

Charleston has been consistent on the road and at home have won eight of ten to secure third in the conference with one game to play.

The Cougars saw Jarrell Brantley pour in 24 points and haul in 12 rebounds with Grant Riler adding 18 points, four pulls and six helpers.

Jaylen McManus and Zep Jasper gave Charleston nine points each followed Sam Miller and Marquise Pointer with seven points apiece.
