The Houston Cougars go on the road to oppose the Cincinnati Bearcats in Sunday college basketball.

The Houston Cougars rebounded from their second loss of the conference season in a 91-79 victory at the SMU Mustangs as a 12.5 point favorite.

Armoni Brooks led a balance Houston offense with 20 points and ten rebounds with Corey Davis Jr. adding another 17 points and four assists.

The Cougars saw 16 points and six boards from Breaon Brady followed by Nate Hinton who tossed in nine points with nine rebounds and four helpers.

The  Cincinnati  Bearcats  come  off  of  a  58-55 defeat  at  the Central  Florida  Knights  as  a  two  point underdog  on Thursday  night.

Houston managed just 21 first half points to trail by nine with Tre Scott keeping the game competitive with 20 points, nine rebounds and three assists.

Jarron Cumberland gave the Bearcats ten points, four pulls and five helpers followed by Cane Broome contributing another eight points.

Houston Cougars are 20-8-1 ATS in their last 29 vs. American Athletic Conference and  are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 games overall and  are 33-16-2 ATS in their last 51 games following a straight up win.

Cincinnati Bearcats are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record and  are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 games overall and are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 vs. American Athletic Conference.

Under is 9-1 in the last 10 meetings and under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings in Cincinnati and home team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings.

Houston loses sole possession of first with a loss and a Bearcats loss means a possible drop to third in the conference. This might be better to watch then bet but for a pick I’ll go with Cincinnati…

Cincinnati -1 // line is moving to Houston +3 which I would take

I have been a sports fan since I was old enough to pick up a ball and have always been drawn to competition. I don't participate in sporting events any longer but I do like to provide my opinion on games and writing gives me that outlet. I won't always be right but I always put 100% in to every article I do whether it's the World Series or an 0-10 college football team. Mitch shares that same passion and allows me to express myself in my own way.
