The Richmond Spiders visit the Dayton Flyers in Atlantic Ten college basketball action.

The Richmond Spiders kick off A-10 play riding consecutive wins after downing South Alabama 91-82 on the road as a one point favorite. 

Richmond took a nine point lead in to the break and traded baskets over the final 20 minutes behind 52.6% shooting and a 20-7 advantage at the stripe.

The Spiders were explosive with Grant Golden and Jake Wojcik netting 22 points and eight rebounds apiece with a combined three blocks.

Jacob Gilyard gave Richmond another 20 points, four pulls and nine assists followed by Nathan Cayo with 15 points, six boards and two steals.

The Dayton Flyers kick off conference play riding the momentum of a three game winning streak after a 84-90 victory against Georgia Southern as an eight point home favorite.

Dayton was ahead by 13 points at the break before fending off a late Eagles rally behind 56.9% shooting and five more makes at the foul line.

Josh Cunningham carried the Flyers with 25 points, six boards and five helpers followed by Obi Toppin with a 22 point performance.

Dayton received 17 points and seven helpers from Jalen Crutcher with Jordan Davis tossing in 13 points while Frankie Policelli adding nine points and ten rebounds.

Over is 7-1 in Richmond last 8 road games and over is 23-8-1 in Richmond last 32 vs. Atlantic 10 and over is 38-18-2 in RICH last 58 overall. Over is 23-8 in Dayton last 31 vs. Atlantic 10 and Dayton are 7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 games overall.
