Duke Blue Devils -8.5 O/U: 145.5
The Florida State Seminoles and the Duke Blue Devils will match up in college basketball action from the ACC Tournament on Saturday.
Florida State comes into this one with a 27-6 mark overall. The Seminoles came into tournament play with a four-game win streak, and they’ve taken out Virginia Tech and Virginia so far since then.
In the win over the Cavaliers, Florida State’s David Nichols led the team on 14 points with three assists and five rebounds. Phil Cofer added 11 points with two rebounds and one assist for the Seminoles in that one as well.
Over on the Duke side, they’re 28-5 this season. The Blue Devils have recorded two wins in the tournament as well, taking out Syracuse on Thursday and North Carolina in a tight 74-73 win on Friday.
In the win over the Tar Heels, Duke’s Zion Williamson led the charge with 31 points and 11 rebounds. RJ Barrett added 15 points, seven assists and eight rebounds for the Blue Devils in that one as well.
The Seminoles are 8-1-2 ATS in their last 11 neutral-site games and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 after a straight-up win. Florida State is 5-2 ATS in their last seven after an ATS win and the under is 4-0 in their last four Saturday games.
Meanwhile, the Devils are 0-7 ATS in their last seven after a straight-up win and 1-3-1 ATS in their last five neutral-site games. Duke is 0-3-1 ATS in their last four versus the ACC and the under is 4-1 in their last five versus the ACC.
Well, Florida State is riding high right now after a shocking victory over the Virginia juggernaut, and now it looks like anything is possible for the team.
That said, I’m still not convinced the Seminoles can keep pace with Duke on the scoreboard a second time (Duke won 80-78 in a Seminoles home game January 12). I’m leaning toward the Blue Devils here, but it should be a great game regardless.
