The #11 Florida State Seminoles hope to climb the college basketball rankings with a win versus the Clemson Tigers.

The Clemson Tigers snapped a three game skid with a 72-60 victory against Georgia Tech as a nine point home favorite.

Clemson took a five point lead in to the break and slowly pulled away behind 50.9% marksmanship and nine more shot attempts.

Marcquise Reed was the Tigers best player leading all scorers with 30 points and six boards followed by Elijah Thomas with eleven points and nine rebounds.

Aamir Simms gave Clemson ten points with David Skara tossing in nine points while Shelton Thomas scored two points and handed out nine assists.

The #11 Florida State Seminoles are in danger of falling from the top 20 after losing 87-82 at Boston College on Sunday for their third straight loss.

Florida State was up  ten after 20 minutes but couldn’t get second half stops with Boston College going 13-21 from beyond the arc.

Mfiondu Kabengele carried the Seminoles with 26 points and nine rebounds while Terance Mann added 14 points and eight boards.

MJ Walker  gave  FSU 12  points with  Trent Forrest  contributing nine points, another eight rebounds and six helpers.
