The George Mason Patriots host the St. Bonaventure Bonnies in a Sunday college basketball tilt.

The St. Bonaventure Bonnies are mired in a four game slide following an 81-47 defeat at Syracuse as an 11.5 point road dog. St. Bonaventure trailed by 21 points at the halfway point and were never a factor with just 35.6% marksmanship.

Kyle Lofton topped the Bonnies offense with 12 points, three yanks and three helpers followed by Jalen Poyser with eleven points and three pulls.

Melkisedek Moreaux gave St. Bonaventure seven points and three boards while LaDarien Griffin chipped in with five points and another three rebounds.

The George Mason Patriots opened their conference schedule with an impressive 85-60 rout of St. Joseph’s on Thursday as a seven point road dog.

George Mason dominated the second half with a 51-26 run fueled by 22 more looks at the basket and a 15-28 effort from beyond the arc.

Justin Kier led a balanced Patriots attack with 18 points, 14 rebounds and five helpers with Otis Livingston II adding 17 points and seven assists.

George Mason received 15 points from Ian Boyd with Goaner Mar adding 13 points, five boards and three steals followed by a seven point, ten rebound effort by Javon Greene.

Under is 9-1-1 in St. Bonaventure last 11 road games and under is 9-2-1 in St. Bonaventure last 12 overall. George Mason are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 vs. Atlantic 10 and over is 42-17 in George Mason last 59 vs. Atlantic 10 and over is 35-16 in GMU last 51 home games.

I saw George Mason destroy St. Joes and anything close to that effort will result in a cover…

Pick:
George Mason -5

I have been a sports fan since I was old enough to pick up a ball and have always been drawn to competition. I don't participate in sporting events any longer but I do like to provide my opinion on games and writing gives me that outlet. I won't always be right but I always put 100% in to every article I do whether it's the World Series or an 0-10 college football team. Mitch shares that same passion and allows me to express myself in my own way.
