The Dukes are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games vs. a team with a losing home record, however, just 7-18-1 ATS in their last 26 games following an ATS win. The Colonials are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games overall and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games.
Duquesne has won 4 of their last 6 games and has been solid on both ends of the court this season as they average T-180th in scoring offense, 162nd in scoring defense, and 19th in steals per game. George Washington has split their last 10 games and although they’ve been decent on the defensive end, ranking 146th in scoring defense, the offensive has struggled this season as the Colonials currently rank just 340th in scoring offense & 327th in FG%.
George Washington has been outstanding ATS as of late, however, it’s hard taking the Colonials as their offense can be non-existent at times as we saw in the 1st half agianst La Salle earlier this week. Duquesne is the better team of the two and as they were able to pull at the win at George Washington last season, I think they’ll be able to do it against and cover this small spread.
