Gonzaga Bulldogs -17 O/U: 150.5
The San Francisco Dons and the Gonzaga Bulldogs will meet up on the college basketball court Thursday.
San Francisco enters this one at 17-5 on the year. Following a three-game win streak, the Dons have lost their last pair versus San Diego January 26 and Saint Mary’s on Saturday.
In the loss to the Gaels, San Francisco’s top scorers were Frankie Ferrari and Charles Minuend, each with 22 points and a combined nine rebounds with eight assists. Nate Renfro added 11 points for the Dons in that one.
Over on the Gonzaga side, they’re 21-2 on the season. The Bulldogs haven’t lost a game since way back on December 15 to UNC, and they’re on a 12-game win streak, most recently taking out San Diego Saturday.
In the win over the Toreros, Gonzaga forward Rui Hachimura led the team with 32 points and seven rebounds. Zach Norvell had a nice game as well for the Bulldogs on 21 points, six rebounds and two assists.
San Francisco is 5-2 ATS in their last seven Thursday games and 3-8 ATS in their last 11 overall. The Dons are 0-5 ATS in their last five road games and 2-6-1 ATS in their last nine after an ATS loss.
Meanwhile, the Bulldogs are 4-1 ATS in their last five Thursday games and 12-4 ATS in their last 16 home games. Gonzaga is 9-3 ATS in their last 12 overall and 7-3 ATS in the last 10 versus the West Coast.
The last time these two teams met was a 96-83 road win for Gonzaga. The Dons have had some trouble against decent squads since then, and haven’t been super reliable on the scoreboard—especially considering their recent ATS performances on the road.
I don’t normally like these thick lines, but in this case I don’t think it’s too bad. I’m going to stick with the Bulldogs on the home lift in a blowout.
