The UC Davis Aggies head to the Hawaii Warriors for a Big West college basketball tilt.

The  UC  Davis Aggies  improved  to  1-3  in  the  Big West with  a  75-63  victory  against  Cal  Poly as  a 7.5 point home favorite.

UC Davis struggled over the first 20 minutes with only 22 points and a nine point hole staring at them before a 53-32 second half run secured a comfortable win.

Siler Schneider led the Mustangs rally with 23 points, four pulls and four assists while Joe Mooney added 19 points and eight rebounds.

UC Davis saw 14 points and nine boards from Matt Neufeld followed Stefan Gonzalez and TJ Shorts II with eight points each with Shorts II adding seven boards and eleven helpers.

The Hawaii Warriors have lost two in a row after a 75-74 OT defeat at the hands of UC Irvine on Wednesday as a two point home dog.

Hawaii connected at 38.6%  and owned a 19-8 advantage at the charity stripe to stay competitive with the 50% shooting Anteaters.

Jack Purchase kept the Warriors in the game with 18 points and seven rebounds while Zigmars Raimo with 16 points and six boards.

Leland Green gave Hawaii ten points and five pulls followed by Drew Buggs and Brocke Stepeau with eight points and seven points.
