The Indiana State Sycamores visit the Illinois State Redbirds in Sunday college basketball action.

The Indiana State Sycamores are shooting for back to back wins after knocking off Valparaiso 70-53 as a 2.5 point home favorite on Thursday.

Indiana State took an eleven point lead in to the break and never looked back behind 51% marksmanship and six more shots.

Tyreke Key led the Sycamores easy win with 22 points, five pulls and four assists followed by Cooper Neese with a 14 point effort.

Emondre Rickman gave Indiana State 12 points and three yanks with Bronson Kessinger tossing in ten points while Christian Williams added six points, four boards and five helpers.

The Illinois State Redbirds fell to 4-3 in the MVC following an 85-68 defeat at Bradley as a one point road favorite on Thursday.

Illinois State trailed by 17 points heading to the intermission and were only able to trade baskets the rest of the way with 37.7% shooting to lean on.

Milik Yarbrough led the Redbirds with 25 points and three pulls followed by Phil Fayne with 17 points and a team high six boards.

Illinois State received 13 points and five helpers from Keyshawn Evans while Zach Copeland contributed six points and five assists.
