The Gonzaga Bulldogs have a long history of beating the hell out of teams they should beat the hell out of, especially in tournament play. You can argue this is the best and deepest Gonzaga team we've ever seen, as I think this is its best chance to win the title. The Illinois Fighting Illini have talent, but they also underachieve and usually wet the bed when playing better comp. Illinois isn't used to this stage. Gonzaga is and thrives more times than not. I'll eat the chalk with the Bulldogs.
