The Northern Iowa Panthers wrap up their college basketball slate at the Indiana State Sycamores.

The surging Northern Iowa Panthers cooled off for a night with an excruciating 56-55 loss to Loyola-Chicago as a 1.5 point home dog.

Northern Iowa had won four in a row before losing on Wednesday to land in 7thplace in the Missouri Valley with a game to play.

AJ Green kept the Panthers in the game with 18 points and  four  pulls with  Isaiah  Brown contributing  another  13 points.

Northern Iowa received ten points from Wyatt Lohaus followed by Spencer Haldeman who chipped in with eight points and two boards.

The Indiana State Sycamores come off of an 80-68 defeat at the Drake Bulldogs as a six point underdog on Wednesday night.

Indiana State finds themselves next to last in the Missouri Valley following losses in seven of ten heading in to the season finale.

Jordan Barnes was the Sycamores top option with 21 points with Tyreke Key netting 18 points and grabbing four boards.

Indiana State received 14 points from Cooper Neese followed by Bronson Kessinger and Christian Williams with a combined 13 points and 12 rebounds.
