Indiana Hoosiers -1 O/U: 144
The Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Indiana Hoosiers will meet up in college basketball action on Monday.
Nebraska enters this game at 12-4 overall. The Cornhuskers are just 1-2 in their last three games however, falling to Maryland and Iowa before taking out Penn State in their most recent appearance.
In the win over the Nittany Lions, Nebraska’s lead scorer was Isaiah Roby, who put up 22 points, 11 rebounds and one assist for a double-double. Glynn Watson added 19 points, four rebounds and three assists for the Cornhuskers in that one.
Over on the Indiana side, they’re 12-4 this year as well. Following a seven-game winning streak, the Hoosiers have dropped their last two games to Michigan and Maryland.
In the loss to the Terrapins, Indiana’s Romeo Langford led the way on 28 points, three assists and two rebounds. Devonte Green chipped in 15 points for the Hoosiers, while Juwan Morgan added 14 points and eight boards.
The Cornhuskers are 8-2-1 ATS in their last 11 following an ATS loss and 28-8-1 ATS in their last 37 overall. Nebraska is 17-6 ATS in their last 23 versus the Big Ten and 11-4 ATS in their last 15 road games.
Meanwhile, the Hoosiers are 5-1 ATS in their last six Monday games and 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games following a straight-up loss. Indiana is 15-6 ATS in their last 21 home games and the under is 5-1 in their last six home games.
Nebraska has been working through a tough part of their schedule, and things won’t get easier anytime soon. This will be the first stop in a stretch of three ranked teams over four games—Indiana, Michigan State, Rutgers then Ohio State.
Indiana’s schedule won’t be letting up in the near future either, and after the losses to a great Michigan squad and very good Maryland team they’re going to need to come out swinging here. I’m hesitantly taking the Hoosiers since they’ll be on familiar ground, but this ought to be another great game.
