The Lafayette Leopards host the Holy Cross Crusaders in a Sunday college basketball matchup.

The Holy Cross Crusaders ended a two game losing streak with a 56-42 victory versus visiting Army as a 3.5 point favorite on Wednesday.

Holy Cross took a 25-19 lead in to the intermission and kept up the defensive pressure with a 40.7%-26.4% shooting edge being decisive.

Austin Butler led the Crusaders with 14 points and ten rebounds with Jacob Grandison adding another 14 points and four pulls.

Jehyve Floyd gave Holy Cross ten points and three blocks followed by Caleb Green with nine points, three yanks and two steals.

The  Lafayette  Leopards  ended  a three  game  skid with  a 79-72 victory at Boston University on Wednesday night.

Alex Petrie carried the Leopards attack with  20  points  followed by Lukas Jarrett with 13 points and nine rebounds.

Justin Jaworski gave Lafayette 12 points and six helpers with Kyle Stout and Paulius Zalys tossing in eleven and eight points.

Holy Cross  are 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games overall and Holy Cross are 1-9 ATS in their last 10 vs. Patriot League and under is 7-1 in HC last 8 Sunday games. 

Over is 11-3 in Lafayette last 14 overall and over is 7-2 in Lafayette last 9 vs. Patriot League.

On paper this has ugly written all over it. Holy Cross will try to slow this to a snail’s pace and if successful they should be able to score enough to cover…
