The Colorado State Rams dropped to 5-6 on the season after being defeated by the South Dakota Coyotes, 68-63, this past Sunday. Defensively, Colorado State is allowing their opponents to an average of 77.5 ppg on 45.1% shooting from the field. The Rams have a rebound margin of 0.1 and a turnover margin of -0.9.
The Long Beach State 49ers improved to 4-9 on the season after defeating the Pepperdine Waves, 67-66, this past Thursday. In a tight back and forth game, Long Beach State was able to pull out the victory after a KJ Byers dunk with :05 seconds left in regulation gave the 49ers the lead for good. Long Beach State held Pepperdine to 37.9% shooting from the field and 22.2% shooting from beyond the arc in the victory. Leading the way for the 49ers was Temidayo Yussuf who had a double-double with 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Defensively, Long Beach State is allowing their opponents to average 78.2 ppg on 43.7% shooting from the field. The 49ers have a rebound margin of -2.2 and a turnover margin of -1.8.
The Rams are 6-13 ATS in their last 19 road games and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The 49ers are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a straight up win.
Colorado State has some solid talent in Jeremiah Paige & Nico Carvacho however, the Rams have really struggled defensively this season (288th in scoring defense) and come into this game losers of 5 of their last 6 games. Long Beach State picked up a much needed win against Pepperdine, however, have struggled on both sides of the ball this season as they currently rank 258th in scoring offense, 325th in FG%, and 302nd in scoring defense. Long Beach State is a tough team at home however, as I think Colorado State’s offense will have some success agianst the 49ers, I think the Rams do enough with the points in this one to cover with the points.
