The Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks and the LSU Tigers will meet up in college basketball action on Friday.
Louisiana-Monroe enters this game with a 7-4 record overall. The Warhawks have taken out Jackson State, Millsaps, NW State, Grambling State, SFA, Nicholls State and Coppin State so far this year.
In the Eagles game, LA-Monroe’s Travis Munnings led the way with 32 points and eight rebounds. Daishon Smith added 19 points, five assists and six rebounds for the Warhawks there, and Michael Ertel chipped in with 13 points and five assists.

In the Paladins game, LSU’s Tremont Waters led the team on 20 points, seven assists and five boards, while Skylar Mays added 16 points. Kavell Bigby-Williams managed to double up with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
The Warhawks are 4-1 ATS in their last five versus the SEC and 22-10 ATS in their last 32 following an ATS loss. LA-Monroe is 0-4 ATS in their last four Friday games and the under is 12-3-1 in their last 16 versus the SEC.
Meanwhile, the Tigers are 6-1 ATS in their last seven home games versus a team with a losing road record and 11-5 ATS in their last 16 home games. LSU is also 8-22-4 ATS in the last 34 following a straight-up win and 2-9-1 ATS in their last 12 Friday games.
LA-Monroe has been all over the place in their campaign this year; one minute they look unbeatable and another minute they’re struggling to find the basket. All things considered, they’re been playing quite well though.
LSU has had a couple of duds themselves this year, but they’re playing well against some of the really tough teams. I’m going to stick with the Tigers here.
