The Ohio Bobcats go on the road to oppose the Miami (OH) Redhawks in a MAC college basketball tilt.

The Ohio Bobcats have followed a two game winning streak with consecutive defeats after a 65-53 loss to Akron as a two point home favorite.

Ohio never got their offense going with 22 first half points and an eight point deficit staring at them with just 37.7% shooting to lean on.

Jason Carter was the Bobcats only double digit scorer with 18 points and ten rebounds with Teyvion Kirk adding nine points and five pulls.

The trio of Gavin Block, Doug Taylor and Jason Preston gave Ohio six points apiece followed by Antonio Cowart Jr. with five points and five boards.

The Miami (OH) Redhawks suffered a 70-67 loss at Kent State as a four point underdog on Tuesday with the offense not playing well until the second half. 

Miami (OH) managed 28 first half points and trailed by eleven with 18 personals giving the Golden Flashes a decisive 21-14 edge at the stripe.

Nike  Sibande  led the  Redhawks  comeback with  19  points and eight rebounds while Mekhi Lairy contributing 12 points.
