Ann Arbor, Michigan
Michigan Wolverines -8
The Indiana Hoosiers and the Michigan Wolverines will meet up in college basketball action on Sunday.
Indiana enters this game at 12-2 on the year. The Hoosiers have won their last seven straight games, taking out Northwestern, Penn State, Louisville, Butler, Central Arkansas, Jacksonville and Illinois.
In the Illini game, Indiana’s Romeo Langford led the team on 28 points with six rebounds and three assists. Also in double-figures was Juwan Morgan, who doubled up on 15 points and 10 rebounds there.
Over on the Michigan side, they’re rolling along nicely at 14-0 this season. Over their last four games, the Wolverines have taken out Western Michigan, Air Force, Binghamton and Penn State in succession.
In the Lions game, Wolverines guard Jordan Poole put up 17 points with two assists and one rebound. Ignas Brazdeikis logged a double-double for Michigan in that one with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
The Hoosiers are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 following an ATS loss and 13-6 ATS in their last 19 versus the Big Ten. The under is 10-1 in Indiana’s last 11 Sunday games and 13-3-1 in their last 17 road games.
Meanwhile, the Wolverines are 9-1 ATS in their last 10 Sunday games and 22-7-1 ATS in their last 30 versus the Big Ten. Michigan is 1-4 ATS in their last five home games and 1-5 ATS in their last six overall.
Ever since the 90-69 loss to Duke back on November 27, Indiana looks pretty solid. It took three games after that loss for the Hoosiers to get back above 70 points, but in their last four they’re looking good.
As for Michigan, they’re doing pretty much everything we expected out of them this year. The Hoosiers are good, but I don’t think they’re strong enough offensively to keep up. I’ll take the Wolverines.
