The Maryland Terrapins are allowing 31.8 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 40 rebounds per game. The Maryland Terrapins have won four of their last six road games.
The Michigan Wolverines also need a win after splitting their last four games. The Michigan Wolverines are averaging 70.6 points on 45.1 percent shooting and allowing 57.8 points on 39.9 percent shooting. Ignas Brazdeikis is averaging 14.6 points and 5.2 rebounds while Charles Matthews is averaging 13.2 points and 5.2 rebounds. The Terrapins are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 road games and 32-15-4 ATS in their last 51 Saturday games. The Wolverines are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games, 36-16-1 ATS in their last 53 vs. Big Ten and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 Saturday games. The road team is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings and the underdog is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. The under is 6-2 in Wolverines last 8 overall. The under is 6-2 in Terrapins last 8 overall.
The Maryland Terrapins have been very profitable on the road this season and have proven they can win in tough environments due to a defense that's allowing 38.5 percent shooting. The Michigan Wolverines have cooled off a bit, but they're still winning by an average of 15.7 points at home this season and Charles Matthews seems to have found his offensive touch again. While the trends probably favor the Terps and the points, Michigan is the far more balanced and better team. I need more points to consider Maryland in this spot.
