The Air Force Falcons travel to the Nevada Wolf Pack for a Saturday college basketball tilt.

The Air Force Falcons blasted visiting UNLV 106-88 on Wednesday for back to back wins as a four point home underdog.

Air Force jumped to a 14 point lead at the intermission and never faltered behind torrid 59.7% marksmanship and a 17-20 effort at the line.

Ryan Swan led the Falcons scoring explosion with 22 points and nine rebounds while Caleb Morris adding 19 points and six boards.

AJ Walker gave Air Force another 15 points followed Chris Joyce and Lavelle Scottie with 14 points apiece with Ameka Akaya chipping in ten points.

The Nevada Wolf Pack survived Boise State 72-71 on Tuesday as a seven point road favorite to record their third win in a row.

Nevada appeared to be in control with a nine point lead at the halfway point and held on behind 51% marksmanship.

The Wolf Pack saw 16 points and four helpers from Cody Martin with Jordan Caroline adding 15 points and 13 rebounds.

Nevada received 12 points from Trey Porter followed by the duo of Caleb Martin and Jazz Johnson with ten points apiece.

Air Force Falcons are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games overall and Air Force Falcons are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 vs. Mountain West. Nevada Wolf Pack are 24-9-2 ATS in their last 35 games following a ATS loss and Nevada Wolf Pack are 40-19-3 ATS in their last 62 home games. Over is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings and Air Force Falcons are 2-8 ATS in the last 10 meetings.

I know Air Force has looked good the past week but Nevada has blowout potential. Perhaps something on the over to stay interested…

I have been a sports fan since I was old enough to pick up a ball and have always been drawn to competition. I don't participate in sporting events any longer but I do like to provide my opinion on games and writing gives me that outlet. I won't always be right but I always put 100% in to every article I do whether it's the World Series or an 0-10 college football team. Mitch shares that same passion and allows me to express myself in my own way.
