The New Mexico Aggies match up with the Chicago State Cougars in the quarterfinals of the WAC college basketball tourney.

The Chicago State Cougars ended the regular season with a 76-62 defeat to the visiting UMKC Kangaroos as a ten point underdog to go 0-16 in the WAC.

Anthony Harris topped the Cougars offense with 15 points, three yanks and three steals with Cameron Bowles adding 13 points, six boards and three blocks.

Patrick Szpir gave Chicago State eleven points and six boards followed by Rob Shaw with ten points, five pulls and four helpers.

The New Mexico State Aggies completed a 15-1 conference campaign following a 75-63 victory against California Baptist as a 14 point favorite.

Trevelin Queen led the Aggies with a contest high 19 points and four pulls followed by CJ Bobbitt with another 14 points and two assists.

New Mexico State received 12 points and eight rebounds from Eli Chuha while six other players contributed 3-6 points with 13 seeing floortime.
