Sunday college basketball action pits the Niagara Purple Eagles against the Siena Saints.

The Siena Saints saw their two game winning streak end in a 68-62 loss at the Canisius Golden Griffins on Friday as a 1.5 point underdog.

Siena has been heading in the wrong direction in the final two weeks of the regular season with losses in three of five but the team is still third.

Evan Fisher topped the balance Saints with 17 points and seven boards with Kevin Degnan adding 12 points and seven rebounds.

Sloan Seymour gave Siena another 12 points followed by Jalen Pickett who contributed eleven points, ten rebounds and eight helpers.

The Niagara Purple Eagles come off of an 86-84 victory against the Canisius Golden Griffins as a 5.5 point underdog on Wednesday.

Niagara is looking at 9thplace in. the conference standings with losses in six of eight keeping the team from improving on their position.

Dominic Robb carried the Purple Eagles with 20 points followed by Marcus Hammond who netted 18 points and snagged seven rebounds.
