Northern Arizona Lumberjacks PK O/U: 148
The Eastern Washington Eagles and the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks will meet up in college basketball activity Saturday.
Eastern Washington comes into this matchup with a 10-16 mark on the year. Following consecutive wins over Northern Colorado and Idaho, the Eagles lost their last game versus Southern Utah.
In the loss to the Thunderbirds, Eastern Washington’s lead scorer was Jesse Hunt on 19 points and nine rebounds. The only other Eagles scorer in double-figures was Tyler Kidd with 17 points, two rebounds and two assists.
Over on the Northern Arizona side, they're 9-17 on the year. Following a four-game losing streak, the Lumberjacks have won their last two games versus Sacramento State and Idaho.
In the win over the Vandals, Northern Arizona’s lead scorer was Bernie Andre with 22 points and 13 rebounds. Andre was the only Lumberjack in double-figures there but Carlos Hines and Ted McCree each provided nine points.
The Eagles are 4-0 ATS in their last four following a straight-up loss and 4-1 ATS in their last five after an ATS loss. Eastern Washington is 8-19 ATS in their last 27 overall and 3-14 ATS in their last 17 road games.
Meanwhile, the Lumberjacks are 5-2 ATS in their last seven Saturday games and 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 after a straight-up win. The over is 10-3 in Northern Arizona’s last 13 Saturday games and the under is 4-1 in their last five after an ATS win.
Eastern Washington had a pretty solid three-game run going there, but they only managed 62 points versus Southern Utah in something of a letdown their last time up.
As for Northern Arizona, they’ve put up some nice points totals as well during their last handful of games, and I like the Lumberjacks to keep it going here and cover.
