The Notre Dame Fighting Irish could use a win here after losing six of their last seven games. John Mooney is averaging 14.5 points and 10.8 rebounds while TJ Gibbs is averaging 13.4 points and 3.9 assists. D.J. Harvey is the third double-digit scorer and Rex Pflueger is grabbing 4.7 rebounds. The Blue Devils are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. Atlantic Coast, 5-2 ATS in their last 7 Monday games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Fighting Irish are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 home games, 1-7 ATS in their last 8 vs. Atlantic Coast and 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games overall. The Blue Devils are 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings and the favorite is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings. The under is 4-1 in Fighting Irish last 5 overall. The under is 12-4-2 in Blue Devils last 18 overall.
The Duke Blue Devils have covered five of their eight non-home games and are shooting 49 percent from the field in those games while winning by an average of 13 points. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are just 4-10 ATS at home this season and are shooting just 36.9 percent from the field in their last five games. It's been a mess for the Irish lately, and Duke obviously has the ability to add to those troubles. The concern is that Duke has been a little shaky with Tre Jones out of the lineup and has allowed some teams lately to hang around. This is the last big home game for Notre Dame and pretty much its championship with the season going nowhere. At home in front of a packed house, I'll take a stab with the points. This line is a little too steep for me to get behind Duke.
