The Ohio State Buckeyes also look for a nice conference victory to build on their 6-1 record. The Buckeyes are 7-15 ATS in their last 22 Sunday games, 2-5 ATS in their last 7 home games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 vs. Big Ten. The Golden Gophers are 1-10 ATS in the last 11 meetings in Ohio St and 1-6 ATS in the last 7 meetings. The under is 5-0 in Golden Gophers last 5 road games. The under is 19-8 in Buckeyes last 27 home games.
This is a lot of points to give a decent Minnesota team, but the Golden Gophers struggled big time in their road game against Boston College and probably lack the consistent outside shooting to scare this Ohio State defense. The Ohio State Buckeyes are currently top-25 in almost every major defensive stat and seem to be getting more effective offensively, if you're able to ignore their performance against Syracuse. I'll take the Buckeyes at home and the somewhat reasonable line.
